Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Malasa Retreat.
We kindly ask all our guests to carefully review the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure the comfort, safety, and smooth operation of your stay or event. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total amount.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid two days before the booking date.

  • A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 is required at check-in, along with housekeeping fees ranging between ₹2,000 and ₹15,000, depending on the number of guests.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: 50% refund of the initial booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds for force majeure events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Drugs and Liquor

  • Serving liquor beyond permissible limits requires a valid liquor license, which must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Failure to provide the liquor license will result in cancellation without a refund.

  • Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited, and violators will be reported to law enforcement.

Overnight Stay Policy

  • Maximum occupancy for overnight stays: 20 persons.

  • All guests must submit copies of valid ID (e.g., Aadhar card) 24 hours before check-in.

  • Quiet hours are enforced between 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

  • No breakfast or meal services are provided. Guests may use the kitchen but must clean after use.

  • Additional charges may apply for exceeding the agreed number of guests.

Property Maintenance and Damages

  • Guests must maintain the premises in the condition in which it was received.

  • Damages will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the guest will be charged the balance before checkout.

  • Any alterations to the property require prior written consent.

Cleaning and Waste Disposal

  • Guests must remove all decorations and leave the premises in a tidy condition.

  • Waste segregation (wet/dry) is mandatory and should be disposed of in designated areas.

  • Housekeeping fees apply as per management guidelines.

Parking

  • Parking facilities are available for up to 100 vehicles.

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas, and the property is not liable for any damage or theft.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building premises. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Additional Terms

  • Power backup is available via a generator.

  • Decorations must be cleared within 2 hours of the event’s conclusion.

  • Music volume should comply with local noise regulations.

  • Right of admission is reserved.

  • The property reserves the right to photograph events for promotional purposes.

Indemnification

  • The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the management from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the premises.

Termination Clause

  • Management reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately without refund in case of any violation of these terms.
